Accordingly, the case is subject to dismissal for failure to prosecute, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). Petitioner has 14 days from the date of this order to bring the case into proper form, pursuant to the magistrate judge's order at docket entry #8 . If Petitioner fails to comply with this order, the court will consider Petitioner's claims abandoned and dismiss this action pursuant to Rule 41(b).
