Filing 19 TEXT ORDER denying #18 Motion for Extension of Time to file brief: Plaintiff seeks an extension of 20 days from receipt of the Transcript of Hearing in this matter. ECF No. #18 . As this matter was filed and served on May 5, 2021, the answer/transcript of hearing is to be filed and served by the Commissioner on or before November 1, 2021. See ECF No. 6. Local Civil Rule 83.VII.04 provides Plaintiff will have 30 days from the date the answer/transcript is filed to submit the written brief in support of her appeal.
