February 14, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 12 TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff filed a letter with the court on February 11, 2022, in which he informed the court his 2254 petition was recently dismissed on the grounds that he failed to first exhaust his state remedies. ECF No. #11 at 1. Plaintiff indicated he completed a post-conviction relief application but he had to wait a month or so to have the paperwork notarized which made his PCR time barred. ECF No. #11 . Plaintiff says he wrote to the state court judge to request an extension and she told him there was nothing she could do. Id. Plaintiff asks if there is any way he can get his PCR application heard because he was time barred due to having to wait for the notary. Id. Plaintiff is advised that this court does not have jurisdiction over his state PCR action, and therefore any questions concerning the filing of his PCR application or the timeliness of filing of his PCR application should be directed to the state court.
