TEXT ORDER: Petitioner has filed a motion seeking immediate consideration of his petition filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241. ECF No. #14 . In support of his motion, Petitioner states on June 7, 2011, he was convicted by jury trial and sentenced to 168 months imprisonment. Id. at 12. Petitioner alleges the Federal Bureau of Prisons ("BOP") has allowed him 42 days per year of good time credits; however, Petitioner claims he should have received 54 days per year of good time credits. Id. at 3. Accordingly, Petitioner claims he should have received 756 days of good time credits for 14 years. Id. Petitioner also alleges the BOP has withheld 98 days of good conduct time via a disciplinary action without due process. Id. However, Petitioner does not indicate that any of these disciplinary convictions have been overturned. Accepting Petitioner's allegations as true, the court finds his earliest projected release date would be March 21, 2024. As such, Petitioner has not presented sufficient evidence to suggest he is closely approaching his projected release date such that expedited consideration of his petition would change his custody status or placement at this time.
