TEXT ORDER: On May 15, 2023, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Copies, seeking copies of the full list of Defendants he has named in his lawsuit, as well as the USM-285 Forms needed to effectuate service on these Defendants. ECF No. #16 . This court generally does not provide copies to litigants free of charge. However, the court, in its discretion, instructs the Clerk of Court to send Plaintiff a printed copy of the docket in this case, which lists all currently named Defendants. It also appears that Plaintiff was previously mailed the requisite number of USM-285 Forms on April 24, 2023. See ECF No. 13 . However, it appearing that Plaintiff recently transferred to a different facility, the court instructs the Clerk of Court to send Plaintiff the USM-285 Forms, as well.
