The EEOC shall be permitted to engage in discovery as set out. Upon completion of such discovery, Defendants shall have leave to re-file their motions to dismiss, provided discovery has not resolved the issues raised in the motions. The parties are directed to confer in good faith to agree upon a proposed scheduling order for completion of the discovery ordered herein and shall provide the same to the court within 15 days of the date of filing of thisorder.
