ORDER As the plaintiffs' allegations in this matter concern separate and distinct constitutional violations, their claims shall be severed into two distinct cases. Accordingly, the undersigned is giving the plaintiffs 21 days from the date this order is entered (plus three days for mail time) to follow the instructions contained herein regarding each case. Plaintiff Johnson's #2 IFP motion is granted. Plaintiff Johnson and plaintiff Anderson are directed to always keep the Clerk informed of any change of address. The Clerk is instructed to assign a separate civil action number to plaintiff Charles Anderson for his claims regarding his time at the Sumter Lee Regional Detention Center.The Clerk shall file this order as the initial docket entry in the newly created case. The Clerk shall send this order, a docket sheet for the newly created case, and a packet to plaintiff Charles Anderson to complete a new civil rights complaint and service documents for his claims.
