Filing 18 TEXT ORDER By order issued March 20, 2020, the plaintiff was informed that his complaint was not in proper form for judicial screening and instructed to complete certain documents to bring his case into proper form, including payment of the filing fee (doc. 5). Instead of bringing his case into proper form, the plaintiff filed a motion to amend his complaint and a motion for a preliminary injunction (docs. 7; 10). The plaintiff's #7 motion to amend was denied and the undersigned issued a #11 report and recommendation recommending that his motion for a preliminary injunction be denied. The plaintiff has filed four additional motions instead of bringing his case into proper form (docs. 13; 14; 15; 16). In the motions, the plaintiff seeks #14 an additional two days to bring his case into proper form, #13 to strike his motion for a preliminary injunction, #15 to amend/correct his complaint, and #16 for an order immediately releasing him from prison. The plaintiff's #13 motion to strike his motion for a preliminary injunction is granted. As such, the plaintiff's #10 motion for a preliminary injunction is stricken and the court's #11 Report and Recommendation is vacated as moot. The plaintiff's #15 motion to amend/correct his complaint is denied as premature because the plaintiff has failed to bring his case into proper form. The plaintiff's #16 motion for immediate release is denied, as he seeks relief the court cannot grant in a Bivens action. The plaintiff's #14 motion for extension of time to bring his case into proper form is granted in part. The plaintiff has seven days from the date of this order to bring his case into proper form. If the plaintiff does not bring this case into proper form within the time permitted by this order, this case will be forwarded to the United States District Judge with a recommendation that it be dismissed for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with an order of this court under Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
