| Filing 7 TEXT ORDER. Plaintiff has filed a motion to seal its complaint and Exhibit B attached thereto. (ECF No. #4 ). The memorandum in support of the motion asserts "[t]here are no less drastic alternatives available that will afford adequate protection of the sensitive, confidential, and/or proprietary business information described herein." (ECF No. #4 -1 at 2).Upon review of the complaint and attachments, to include Exhibit B, the court finds that the Plaintiff should supplement its motion to seal with an affidavit, executed by an appropriate representative of Plaintiff, which sets forth with particularity the "sensitive, confidential and/or proprietary business information" contained in the complaint and/or Exhibit B which would justify sealing the entire complaint and the Exhibit. The affidavit shall be filed within 10 days of the date of this order and may be filed under seal.Pending service of the pleadings and motion to seal upon the Defendant, as well as the filing of the affidavit referenced herein, the court provisionally GRANTS the motion to seal (ECF No. #4 ). Provided however, the court reserves the right to order the unsealing of these documents on motion of either party or other person, or on the court's on motion, upon giving the parties notice and an opportunity to be heard.
