TEXT ORDER striking 21 amended complaint. The plaintiff's amended complaint does not comply with the court's orders dated December 3, 2020, and January 7, 2021. As such, the Clerk of Court is directed to strike the amended complaint from the record and return the filing to the plaintiff along with a copy of the courts orders dated December 3, 2020, and January 7, 2021. The plaintiff is specifically reminded that any complaint he submits may total no more than thirty-five (35) pages (including the courts standard complaint form and any exhibits/attachments) (see doc. 16 at 2-3).
