Filing 9 TEXT ORDER: On June 2, 2023, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (the "Motion"). (ECF No. #8 ). Specifically, Plaintiff seeks the return of its property and confidential information and trade secrets, as well as an order enjoining Defendant from directly or indirectly disclosing or making use of Plaintiff's trade secret and confidential information, and requiring Defendant to preserve Plaintiff's information. Id. at 1; see also (ECF No. #8 -1 at 20). Based on the allegations in the Complaint and the Motion, the court finds it appropriate to expedite the briefing scheduling with regards to the Motion. Therefore, Defendant's response to the Motion is due by 3:00p.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, and any reply must be filed by 11:59p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023. The court will subsequently hold a hearing on the Motion at the earliest available time.Pending a hearing on the Motion, all parties are RESTRAINED and ENJOINED from dissipating, destroying, altering, or disposing of any property - tangible or intangible, including but not limited to documents, files, and electronic or digital material - at issue in this case as identified in the pleadings or the Motion or which could reasonably constitute evidence in the case. The court further admonishes all litigants that any party who engages in spoliation of evidence or waste of the personal property at issue in this case, or otherwise dissipates such personal property, tangible or intangible, pending an order of this court does so at its own peril and the court reserves the right to sanction any such conduct.
