Defendant Walgreens Motion for Summary Judgm ent is DENIED to the extent the motion seeks dismissal with prejudice of the Plaintiff Clinkscales state law claims. Instead, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c), the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over these state law claims.
