Filing 16 ORDER adopting 7 Report and Recommendations; the Court grants Plaintiffs motion to proceed IFP, but only as it relates to his excessive force claims. As to all other claims asserted by Plaintiff, his motion to proceed IFP is denied. As a result, the remainder of Plaintiffs claims will be summarily dismissed, unless Plaintiff files the requisite filing fee within 21 days of the date of this Order.
