The Court hereby DECONSOLIDATES Civil Action No. 8:19-cv-01158-RBH from Civil Action No.8:19-cv-01316-RBH and DISMISSES Civil Action No. 8:19-cv-01316-RBH in its entirety with prejudice. As to Civil Action No. 8:19-cv-01158-RBH, the Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's federal claims with prejudice and REMANDS his state-law claims (the ones raised in the original/removed complaint in Civil Action No. 8:19-cv-01158-RBH, see ECF Nos. 1-1 & 26-4) to the Richland County Court of Common Pleas for further proceedings. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to mail a certified copy of this Order to the clerk of the Richland County Court of Common Pleas only as to Civil ActionNo. 8:19-cv-01158-RBH.
