| Filing 16 TEXT ORDER: It appears that the same underlying state court case was removed twice by different Defendants, thereby resulting in two separate civil actions inadvertently being opened in this Court. (Compare Civil Actions Nos. 8:23-cv-95-BHH and 8:23-cv-107-BHH.) Because only one case should have been opened in this Court based on the removal of the underlying state court case, the Court will proceed within the first-opened case, Civil Action No. 8:23-cv-95-BHH, and will order the Clerk's office to close the second-opened case, Civil Action No. 8:23-cv-107-BHH. Furthermore, after review, the Court hereby denies both Plaintiff's motion to stay (ECF No. 11) and Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time (ECF No. 12). IT IS SO ORDERED.
