ORDER: The Court GRANTS Defendant Argos USA, LLCs motion to stay (Dkt. No. 7). The Court ORDERS that Plaintiffs Scott and Crystal L. Kelly immediately comply with the notice requirements the Cure Act, S.C. Code Ann. 4059840, and that this case be stayed ninety (90) days. The Court also ORDERS that on, or immediately after, December 21, 2020, the parties inform the Court of the status of the case by filing a status report on the docket. Should any claim or claims remain unresolved at that time, the Court will issue an order lifting its stay and issue an amended scheduling order.AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
