July 1, 2021 Filing 8 TEXT ORDER: Because plaintiff was granted in forma pauperis (IFP) status and in accordance with the court's established procedure regarding serving federal defendants in IFP pro se cases, IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall prepare and issue a summons for service under Rule 4(i)(1) and (2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In all other instances, plaintiff shall complete and send to the Clerk of Court a separate summons and USM-285 form for each defendant. Upon receipt of the completed summons and USM-285 forms, the Clerk of Court will issue the summonses. If the completed summons and USM-285 forms are not submitted as directed, the complaint may be dismissed.
