MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Plaintiffs motion for a temporary restraining order and injunctive relief [Doc. 4] is DENIED. Further, Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants Crowell, Kessler, Ballard, and Corizon are DISMISSED . Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants Bernard, Richardson, Jennings, and Ollis in their official capacities are DISMISSED. Accordingly, this action will proceed only as to Plaintiffs claims of deliberate indifference under the Eight h Amendment against Defendants Bernard, Richardson,Jennings, and Ollis, in their individual capacities, and against Defendant Centurion.Signed by District Judge Travis R McDonough on 2/5/2018.
