Further, Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants Crowell, Kessler, Ballard, and Corizon are DISMISSED . Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants Bernard, Richardson, Jennings, and Ollis in their official capacities are DISMISSED.
