MEMORANDUM AND ORDER.Plaintiffs denial-of-medical-care claim against Defendants Tony Parker, Kenneth Williams, Steven Wheeler, Katie Campbell, Shawn Phillips, Earnest Jones, Nathan Tollitt, and Emma Rich will PROCEED as set forth above. Plaintiffs claim related to the denial of his medical records will PROCEED against Defendants Wheeler and Parker. Plaintiff's claim that he was retaliated against by Defendant Phillips will PROCEED. Inasmuch as the Clerk has already issued summonses as to these Defendants and returned them to Plaintiff for service [Docs. #13 and #14 ], no new service packets will be issued.
