Because the inmate's filing has been docketed in the Western District of Tennessee, Walker v. Chapman, et al., No. 1:18-cv-01252, Doc. No. 7 (W.D. Tenn. Jan. 7, 2019), the Clerk is also DIRECTED to send a copy of this Order to the Western District of Tennessee. All future submissions in this case should be directed to the Western District of Tennessee. The Clerk is DIRECTED to refund any payments that have been collected pertaining to the filing fee in this case that were not collected from David Walker, TOMIS ID # 522854. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to send a copy of this Order to the Trousdale Turner Correctional Center to ensure that the custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account collects funds pertaining to the filing fee in this case only from David Walker, TOMIS ID # 522854.
