ORDER TO PRODUCE: It appears to the Court that MICHAEL THOMPSON (BOP Register No. 24656-075) is presently in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Talladega, 565 East Renfro Road, Talladega, Alabama 35160. His presence is required at the re-sentencing hearing scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. CST. The United States Marshal Service (USMS) shall take custody of MICHAEL THOMPSON and produce him before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Courtroom No. 6C, United States Courthouse, 719 Church Street, Nashville, Tennessee, by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023. ORDER: Therefore, the following are hereby ORDERED: 1. The conviction of this defendant on Count Four of the Indictment in Criminal Case No. 3:16-cr-00143 is hereby VACATED. 2. The re-sentencing of this defendant on the remaining counts of that Indictment, Counts Three and Five, will be held on June 15, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. The court will issue an Order to Produce in order to have the defendant transported from where he is presently housed for this hearing. 3.
