Because of the declaration of a national emergency and the related public health concerns caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic, on March 17, 2020, this Court entered Administrative Order 2020-21; IN RE: COURT OPERATIONS UNDER THE EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES RESULTING FROM COVID-19 OUTBREAK, which continued in-person civil and criminal court settings until a date after May 30, 2020.
