ORDER: To proceed, the petitioner MUST, within 30 DAYS of the date this order is entered on the docket, either: (1) pay the $5.00 filing fee to the Clerk of Court, or (2) apply for pauper status by submitting both (a) an affidavit stating all assets he possesses and that he is unable to pay the filing fee, and (b) a certificate from the warden or other prison official showing the amount of money that the petitioner has in his inmate trust account. See Habeas Rule 3(a). Failure to comply or request an extension by the deadline will result in dismissal. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
