MEMORANDUM and ORDER; Because Plaintiff is an inmate in the WTSP, he is ASSESSED the civil filing fee of $350.00. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1)(A) and (B), the custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account at t he institution where he now resides is directed to submit payments as set forth. The events out of which Plaintiff's claims arose occurred in the WTSP. The Court therefore concludes that this case more properly belongs in the United States Dist rict Court for the Western District of Tennessee, at Memphis. Since the Court is authorized to transfer a case such as this to another District "in the interest of justice," 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a), in view of the foregoing, the Court hereby orders that this action be transferred to the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee at Memphis.
