MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. An evaluation of the pleadings and controlling law reveals that Norris's action has been improvidently removed, as Defendant Triple L is a citizen of the State of Texas. Consequently, Norris's Motion to Remand is granted. This action will be remanded to the 260th Judicial District Court of Orange County, Texas.
