Under the particular circumstances of this case, each of the Hensgens factors weigh in favo r of granting Plaintiffs' motion for leave to amend. With the addition of Lavalais as a defendant in this case, however, diversity jurisdiction is destroyed. Accordingly, this case must be remanded.
