September 12, 2013	Filing 23 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON COMMISSIONER'S DECISION. Based on the analysis and considering the specific facts of the case, the undersigned finds that the ALJ did not err in relying on the VE's testimony at step five and the Commissione r carried her burden in establishing that Fluck could perform other available work. The Court, therefore, will not disturb the Commissioner's decision and Plaintiff's point of error in this regard is overruled. Filing 23 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON COMMISSIONER'S DECISION.
