MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER - the Court DENIES-in-part and GRANTS-in-part Plaintiffs Motion for New Trial (Dkt. No. 84) and ORDERS a new trial solely on the issue of damages for past and future pain and suffering. The parties will be limited to the exhibits available to them during the original trial and will likewise be subject to the Courts evidentiary rulings from the original trial.
