Filing 82 MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER - The court held a Markman hearing on March 23, 2011. After considering the submissions and the arguments of counsel, the court issues the following order concerning the claim construction issues.The court adopts the cons tructions set forth in this opinion for the disputed terms of the patents-in-suit. The parties are ordered that they may not refer, directly or indirectly, to each others claim construction positions in the presence of the jury. Likewise, the parties are ordered to refrain from mentioning any portion of this opinion, other than the actual definitions adopted by the court, in the presence of the jury.
