Filing 121 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Considering all of the private and public interest factors, Defendants have shown that the Northern District of California is clearly more convenient than the Eastern District of Texas. Four of the § 1404(a) factors weigh in favor of transfer, and the rest are neutral or do not apply. None of the factors weigh against transfer. As such, Defendants motion to transfer venue is GRANTED. Signed by Judge Rodney Gilstrap on 1/23/2012. (ch, ) |
