MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER; the Court GRANTS-IN-PART Wi-LAN's motion for judgment as a matter of law and finds that claims 1 and 10 of the '802 patent are not invalid. In all other respects, Wi-LANs motion is DENIED. Accordingly, the Court hereby VACATES the portion of the Judgment (Dkt.
