Filing 1 ORDER AND OPINION - the Court hereby ORDERS that the claims pertaining to Microsoft and the Google Defendants be severed into separate causes of action. SimpleAir shall pay the filing fee for those cases within ten (10) days of this order issuing to avoid having the severed cause of action dismissed with prejudice. Further, the Court ORDERS the two (2) new cases to be CONSOLIDATED for all pretrial issues (except venue) with the lead case, 2:11-CV-416.
