Filing 1 ORDER - ORDERED that this cause of action, 2:21cv340, is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending resolution of Plaintiffs state criminal case. ORDERED that the Clerk shall not accept any motions or other documents for filing in this case from Plaintiff Calderwood other than: (1) a motion to reopen, (2) a motion to dismiss the lawsuit voluntarily, (3) a notice of change of address, and (4) Plaintiff Calderwoods status updates concerning his criminal case. ORDERED that all of Plaintiffs claims concerning the conditions of his confinement asserted against Defendants McKool, Lewis, Wilhire, Fletcher, Henry, McGuire, and the Harrison County Jail Administration shall be SEVERED from the claims and Defendants in Cause No. 2:21cv340 into a new cause of action. The Clerk of Court shall file a copy of the complaint, (Dkt. #17), in the new lawsuit. The Clerk shall also include a copy of the docket of the new lawsuit and an acknowledgment card in the mailing to Plaintiff, who shall immediately fill out and sign and return the acknowledgment card upon receipt thereof.
