MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re 35 MOTION for Leave to File Excess Pages filed by Timothy Greg Martin, 53 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLP. There are simply no facts before the Court in Plaintiff's comp laint that would show how he is entitled to any relief against Defendants. As such, Defendants' dismissal arguments are well- founded, and Plaintiff's claims herein are dismissed with prejudice for failure to state a claim. Signed by Magistrate Judge Don D.
