MEMORANDUM ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE AND ORDER DISMISSING CASE for 15 Report and Recommendation; denying 6 Motion for TRO filed by Alise Malikyar, Robert Jacobsen. Since the entry of the report and reco mmendations, Pro Se Plaintiffs have filed a Notice of Dismissal Without Prejudice in accordance with Rule 41 (see Dkt. 20). There being no objection to such notice and in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41, all claims and causes of action asserted herein by Plaintiffs are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
