The contested costs of the seven video depositions should be included on Plaintiffs Bill of Costs, the costs associated with the N ovember 3, 2015, deposition of Mr. Rachmiel should not be included in Plaintiffs Bill of Costs, and the additional $11,011.25 sought by Plaintiff regarding technical support should not be included in Plaintiffs Bill of Costs. It is further ORDER ED that Plaintiff Motio, Inc.s Motion for Permanent Injunction (Dkt. 297 ) is hereby GRANTED, with the stipulation that the parties are to submit a proposed injunction within twenty-one days from the issuance of this order.
