ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE for 27 Report and Recommendations, GRANTING 15 Motion to Dismiss, filed by Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company, CommScope, Inc of North Carolina.
