MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re 15 Opposed MOTION to Sever Claims filed by Louisiana-Pacific Corporation. It is therefore ORDERED that LPs Motion for Severance (Dkt. #15) is hereby GRANTED and that the claims pertaining to subrogor Jose Prince and subrogor Jose Nieves be SEVERED into separate causes of action.
