MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Dkt. 37 ) is hereby GRANTED and the Court declares that Defendant is bound by the non-circumvention obligation until the expiration of the thirty-year Lease Agreement. It is further ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 36 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Defendant's motion is granted only as to Plaintiff's claim for attorneys' fees and Plaintiff's claim for attorneys' fees is hereby dismissed. Signed by District Judge Amos L.
