MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff North American Deer Registry, Inc.'s Application for Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. 17 ) is hereby GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that unless terminated earlier, this prelimin ary injunction shall expire upon the issuance of a final decision by the Court in this case. It is further ORDERED that this preliminary injunction shall not be effective unless and until Plaintiff has filed an appropriate bond or cash deposit in lieu thereof in the amount of $20,000.
