ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS- For the reasons set forth herein, the Court concludes that Shelter Products objections should be and hereby are OVERRULED and the Report and Recommendation of the Special Master should be and hereby is ADOPT ED. The Court also finds that the Special Masters Motion for Attorneys Fees (Dkt. No. 36) should be and hereby is GRANTED.
