The motion is DENIED as to prosecutorial immun ity, statute of limitations, and punitive damages. The remainder of the motion is DENIED as moot at this time. It is further ORDERED that Defendant Collin County, Texas' Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) (Dkt. 18 ) is her eby GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The motion is GRANTED as to punitive damages, and DENIED as to the argument Plaintiff did not plausibly plead a Monell liability claims and the statute of limitations defense. The remainder of the motion is DENIED as moot at this time.It is also ORDERED that Defendant's Abbott and White's Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 20 ) is hereby DENIED.
