ORDER. It is accordingly ORDERED that Petitioner has thirty days from the receipt of this Order to either pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit an in forma pauperis data sheet. The in forma pauperis data sheet, or equivalent, should reflect Petitioner's last six months of financial activity from his trust inmate account. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of the lawsuit. ORDER. It is accordingly ORDERED that the Clerk of Court recharacterize Petitioner's writ of habeas corpus as one filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Court send a standard 2241 form to Petitioner along with this Order. It is also ORDERED Petitioner has thirty days from the receipt of this Order to complete the 2241 form fully and legibly, and to submit it to the Court. Additionally, it is ORDERED that Petitioner has thirty days from the receipt of this Order to either pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis, together with an in forma pauperis data sheet. It is finally ORDERED that the Clerk shall not accept any other documents in this case, except for a motion for an extension of time, until Petitioner complies with this Order.
