Toyota Motor Corporation, et al., Consolidated Case No. 4:21-cv-00178-ALM, filed March 4, 2021; and Guevara, et al. v. Toyota Motor Corporation, et al., Case No. 4:21-cv-00640, filed August 13, 2021. The master docket and master file for the consolidated Actions shall be Case No. 4:21-cv-00178-ALM. Plaintiffs shall file a consolidated complaint within 5 days of the Court's entry of its order consolidating the Actions for all purposes. The above numbered and styled cases are ordered consolidated, to be held before the undersigned under Case No. 4:21-cv-00178-ALM.
