ORDER granting #4 Motion to Approve Security and for Publication and Stay. It is therefore ORDERED that Petitioners deposit funds in the sum of 1,000.00 into the Registry of the Court by January 27, 2023, which will be accepted and approved as to quantum and form. It is further ORDERED that the commencement or further prosecution of any action or proceeding against the Petitioners, their sureties, their underwriters and insurers, or any of their property with respect to any claims for which Petitioners seek limitation of liability herein, including any claim arising out of or incident to or connected with any loss, damage, injury, death or destruction arising out of the incident occurring on July 19, 2022, as described in the Complaint, is hereby STAYED and RESTRAINED until the hearing and determination of this proceeding. It is lastly ORDERED that the notice in Petitioners' instant motion, (Dkt. #4-3), shall be issued by the Clerk of the Court to all persons asserting claims for which Petitioners seek limitation of liability admonishing those persons to file their respective claims in writing with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, 7940 Preston Road, Plano, Texas, 75024, and to serve a copy of those claims on Petitioners' attorneys, Randall G. Walters, Walters, Baldino & Crain, 10440 North Central Expressway, Suite 1500, Dallas, Texas 75231 or Christopher A. Abel, Esquire, Willcox & Savage, P.C., 440 Monticello Avenue, Suite 2200, Norfolk, Virginia 23510, on or before Friday, March 24, 2023, or be defaulted. Personal attendance is not required..
