ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: Venue is not proper in the Dallas Division of this district because Denton County lies within the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas. This action will therefore be transferred to that federal judicial district and division under the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court's Miscellaneous Order No. 6 on September 18, 2023 to allow any party to file an objection to the presiding district judge within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order.
