Franklin v. medQ, Inc., No. 4:24-cv-00198; and Ramey et al. v. medQ, Inc., No. 4:24-cv-00231 (each a "Related Action" and collectively, the ("Consolidated Action"), under the lowest numbered action, Case No. No. 4:24-cv-00176, and with the new title "In re medQ, Inc. Data Breach Litigation" for all purposes. No further filings shall be made in Case No. 4:24-cv-00198, or No. 4:24-cv-00231, which shall be administratively closed. All papers previously filed and served to date in the Related Actions are deemed part of the record in the Consolidated Action. Plaintiffs shall file a Notice of Related Case whenever a case that should be consolidated into this action is filed in or transferred to this District. The court hereby appoints Terence R. Coates of Markovits, Stock & DeMarco, LLC, Gary M. Klinger of Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman, and William B. Federman of Federman & Sherwood as Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel (collectively, "Interim Class Counsel"). It is hereby ORDERED that this Order shall apply to any action filed in, transferred to, or removed to this Court which relates to the subject matter at issue in this case.
