ELECTRONIC ORDER: The Court sees one main problem at this juncture. The plaintiff's complaint alleges that she resides at 3702 FM 1571 Lone Oak, TX 75453. It also alleges the defendant's headquarters are located at 3170 West El Dorado Parkway McKinney, TX 75070, which is in the Eastern District of Texas. The complaint never says where the facts giving rise to the suit occurred. Thus, the Court cannot assess whether venue is proper in the Northern District of Texas.
