| Clerks supplemental advisory in light of Plaintiffs email to the chief deputy clerk asking that she designate an alternate staff member whom Plaintiff may contact for filing and procedural questions:Plaintiff has been advised of the procedures to file documents, and the courts website provides forms and filing information as well as the address and telephone number for each divisional office. The clerk's office is not required to designate a staff member to provide customer service support via email. As Plaintiff emailed the chief deputy clerk after being instructed that this office is unable to communicate further with Plaintiff via email due to the material witness designation, action has been taken to prevent the receipt of future email. Correspondence received in paper and any response deemed necessary will be entered on the docket. |
