ORDER granting #8 JOINT MOTION to Stay. It is therefore ORDERED that this case, including all discovery, deadlines, and hearings, is STAYED pending final resolution of Plaintiff Bruce Hall's charge of discrimination with the EEOC, Charge No. 450-2024-04751. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall submit joint status updates every sixty (60) days addressing the status of the EEOC proceedings. The first status update must be submitted no later than March 12, 2026. It is further ORDERED that parties shall file a Joint Motion to Re-Open Case within ninety (90) days of the final resolution of Plaintiff Bruce Hall's charge of discrimination with the EEOC, Charge No. 450-2024-04751. The deadline for all properly served Defendants to file a responsive pleading shall be twenty-one (21) days following the filing of the Joint Motion to Re-Open Case. Nothing in this order shall prevent Plaintiff Bruce Hall from taking all steps necessary to complete service of process through the Hague Convention on Defendant Intertek Group PLC.
